1. First, turn off the power to the refrigerator and unplug it.
2. Next, remove any items stored in the bins located in the front of the refrigerator so that you can access the lower rail.
3. Carefully remove the screws holding the rail assembly in place and slide the broken rail out.
4. Now take the new Samsung DA97-08803F ASSY RAIL-LOW LEFT;AW3-14,RAIL-LOW RIGHT;AW4-14 and align it with the mounting holes on the side wall of the refrigerator.
5. Secure the replacement rail in place by reinserting the screws.
6. Finally, plug in the refrigerator and turn the power back on.
7. You have successfully replaced the lower rail assembly in your Samsung refrigerator!
