DIY Instructions for Replacing the DA97-08693B Samsung Refrigerator Upper Vegetable Case Assembly
1. Unplug your refrigerator from the power source.
2. Open the refrigerator door.
3. Remove the vegetable bins from the upper shelf.
4. Take off the plastic trim strips around the vegetable case assembly, if there are any.
5. Unscrew the screws that hold the upper vegetable case assembly in place.
6. Carefully loosen and remove the wires connected to the vegetable case assembly.
7. Disconnect the water line, if needed.
8. Carefully lift out the upper vegetable case assembly and set it aside.
9. Put the new vegetable case assembly into the refrigerator and secure it with the screws and wires.
10. Connect the water line, if necessary.
11. Put the plastic trim strips back in place.
12. Put the vegetable bins back on the upper shelf.
13. Close the refrigerator door.
14. Plug your refrigerator back into the power source.
15. Enjoy your newly replaced vegetable case assembly!
