Step-by-Step DIY Instructions on Replacing the DA97-07365G Samsung Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly
1. Unplug the refrigerator from the power source before beginning the repair.
2. Locate the ice maker assembly in the freezer compartment, usually found in the upper right corner.
3. Remove any food or items stored near the ice maker by taking them out of the refrigerator.
4. Using a screwdriver, carefully remove the mounting screws that secure the ice maker assembly to the side of the freezer wall and set them aside.
5. Carefully lift the ice maker off the support bracket.
6. Unscrew the electrical connections and water supply line from the back of the old ice maker.
7. Take the new ice maker and align it correctly with the mounting bracket in the freezer.
8. Secure it with the screws you removed from the old ice maker.
9. Reconnect the electrical connections and water supply line.
10. Turn on the refrigerator power again and test your ice maker to make sure it is working.
