Replacing the MEF62362101 LG Hinge:
1. Unplug the appliance and make sure it is completely powered off.
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws on the back of the appliance. Carefully lift off the back panel and set it aside.
3. Locate the hinge that you need to replace. This will be a large, plastic piece located near the door opening.
4. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the hinge in place. Carefully lift out the old hinge and set it aside.
5. Take the new hinge and make sure it's a perfect match for your appliance.
6. Place the new hinge in the spot vacated by the old one. Secure the hinge with the screws removed from step 4.
7. Replace the back panel and secure it with the screws removed from step 2.
8. Plug the appliance back in and turn it on.
