Step 1: Unplug the LG Washer.
Remove the back panel of the washer. The access point is usually towards the bottom right-hand side of the machine.
Step 2: Locate the bearing. The MAP61913714 LG Washer Tub Ball Bearing will be directly behind the motor at the top of the tub.
Step 3: Remove the screw from the bearing and then lift the bearing out of the washer.
Step 4: Install the new bearing by securing it firmly with the screw.
Step 5: Put the back panel back onto the washer.
Step 6: Plug in the washer, turn it on and run a cycle to test if the bearing is working correctly.
