1. Start by powering down the LG air conditioner and unplugging it from the wall socket.
2. Securely position a ladder near the unit's exterior vents and open the outside panel on the air conditioner.
3. Locate the AC Hose Flex Assembly, labeled with the COV33315501 part number, in the system and remove any fasteners that are holding it in place.
4. Carefully pull out the old AC Hose Flex Assembly and disconnect any electrical wiring or clamps from the unit.
5. Obtain the new AC Hose Flex Assembly. Most hardware stores will carry the COV33315501 model, but if not you can order it online.
6. Connect the new AC Hose Flex Assembly to the LG air conditioner by plugging in any electrical wiring or attaching clamps. Make sure the connections are tight and secure.
7. Place the new AC Hose Flex Assembly back into the unit and secure it using any necessary fasteners.
8. Close the outside panel on the LG air conditioner and carefully step off the ladder.
9. Plug the power cord of the air conditioner back into the wall socket and turn it on.
