Step 1: Unplug the washer from its power source.
Step 2: Loosen and remove the two screws that hold the top panel of the washer in place.
Step 3: Lift the top panel up and prop it against the back of the washer to gain access to the internal components.
Step 4: Locate the water drain hose assembly (AEM73732901) inside the washer.
Step 5: Disconnect the drain hose by gripping it firmly and twisting counterclockwise.
Step 6: Remove the old drain hose assembly and replace it with the new LG AEM73732901 Washer Water Drain Hose Assembly.
Step 7: Secure the new drain hose with the same screws used to remove the old one.
Step 8: Re-attach the top panel to the washer with the two screws.
Step 9: Plug in the washer's power cord.
