Step 1 : Disconnect the power to the appliance by unplugging it from the wall outlet.
Step 2 : Remove the cabinet cover from the front of the appliance.
Step 3 : Find and remove the old motor using a screwdriver. Completely disconnect all wiring, including the power wiring and any other wires.
Step 4 : Install the new motor by re-connecting all the wiring exactly as it was connected to the old motor. Make sure that all connections are secure and tight.
Step 5 : Reinstall the cabinet cover and replace the screws.
Step 6 : Plug the appliance back in and turn on the power.
Step 7 : Test the new motor to make sure it is working correctly by turning on the appliance.
