1. Disconnect the power to the refrigerator by unplugging the power cord from the wall socket.
2. Remove the lower front access panel from the bottom of the refrigerator.
3. Open the door to the refrigerator and locate the WR14X10253 GE Lower Gasket Shield.
4. Remove the old gasket shield.
5. Secure the new WR14X10253 GE Lower Gasket Shield in place.
6. Put the front access panel back in place and tighten all screws.
7. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the power to the refrigerator.
