1. Unplug the dryer from its power source.
2. Open up the dryer door and locate the two screws visible on top of the dryer opening.
3. Carefully unscrew and remove the two screws and set them aside, they will be reused.
4. Carefully pull the top of the dryer away from the cabinet and towards you.
5. Locate the old WL49X20360 GE Speed Sensor Kit.
6. Disconnect the electrical connection attached to the sensor kit.
7. Take the old sensor kit and remove it from the dryer.
8. Take the new WL49X20360 GE Speed Sensor Kit and carefully place inside the dryer and reconnect the electrical connection.
9. Close up the dryer lid and carefully push down until it snaps back into place.
10. Secure the dryer lid with the two screws previously removed.
11. Reconnect the dryer to its power source.
12. Test the dryer to ensure the new sensor kit is working.
