How to Replace the GE WH01X29505 Leveling Leg
1.Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and turn off the water supply valve on the wall.
2.Remove the screws at the top of the washer, using a Phillips head screwdriver. Pull the top panel up and away from the washer.
3.Locate the old leveling leg. It is held in place with two nuts and bolts.
4.Remove the nuts and bolts with an adjustable wrench.
5. Install the new leveling leg in the same position as the old one.
6. Secure it by replacing the nuts and bolts with a wrench.
7. Push the top panel back into place and use the Phillips head screwdriver to secure the screws.
8. Turn the water supply valve back on and plug the appliance back into the wall outlet.
9. Test the washer to ensure that the leveling leg is working properly.
