The following parts are replaced by this product

1. Unplug your appliance from the power supply.
2. Remove the original control knob. You may need to use a flathead screwdriver to remove any screws holding the Knob in place.
3. Insert the new WE01X20380 GE timer control knob into the same space where the old Knob was located.
4. Secure the new Knob with the same screws you removed from the original Knob.
5. Plug the power supply back into the appliance and test the new Knob for proper operation.
