1. Start by turning off the water supply to the existing water valve.
2. Unscrew the existing water valve and remove it from the line.
3. Install the new water valve, GE WD15X28379, in line where the old one was removed.
4. Secure the valve with the necessary mounting hardware.
5. Turn on the water supply to the new water valve and check for any leaks.
6. If no leaks are present, your replacement was successful, and you're all done!
