1. Shut off the gas supply to the appliance by turning off the gas knob near the wall. Make sure that no gas is leaking from the lines before proceeding.
2. Disconnect the appliance from its power source by unplugging it or shutting off the appropriate circuit breaker in your home's electrical panel.
3. Locate the existing GE WB28X24764 LF ORIFICE HOLDER located at the front of the appliance and remove it by unscrewing the screws holding it.
4. Install the new GE WB28X24764 LF ORIFICE HOLDER into the same location. Secure the holder by tightening the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
5. Reconnect the power to the appliance and turn the gas knob back on. Check for any gas leaks to ensure that the connection is secure.
