As the felt seal wears out and compresses over time, it can also cause hot air to escape the drum, making the drying cycle less effective and efficient. This assembly includes (1) felt seal, (1) felt bearing, (4) locator pins and (1) tube of adhesive to complete the repair. Installing this part will require basic hand tools and disassembly of the dryer. Previous experience will be helpful but is not required to complete this repair. You must unplug the dryer or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this assembly.
