Steps to Replace a 4010113 Bertazzoni Range Gas Valve Knob
1. Turn off the power to the range. Shut off the gas to the unit by turning the knob to the off position and closing the shutoff valve.
2. Open the oven door, then use a screwdriver to remove the two screws holding the knob in place from the underside of the knob.
3. Pull the knob and its components away from the range.
4. Remove the retaining clip from the stem of the old valve knob by sliding it up and off.
5. Take the new valve knob and attach the retaining clip to the stem. Slide it down until it clicks into place.
6. Reinstall the new valve knob onto the range, making sure the arrows on the knob line up with the valve position. Secure it in place by screwing it in from the underside of the knob.
7. Turn on the gas to the unit and restore power to the range. The new valve knob should be ready to use.
