Replacing the Whirlpool W10854037 Crisper Pan
1. Begin by locating your appliance's model number. This should be visible on the inside of the fridge or freezer compartment, or on the back or side panel.
2. Once you have located the model number, visit a local appliance parts store or shop online for the correct replacement part. Make sure to purchase the Whirlpool W10854037 Crisper Pan.
3. Unplug your refrigerator or freezer from the wall outlet. This will prevent any electric shock while completing the repair.
4. Remove any food from the crisper drawer and pull the drawer out of the refrigerator entirely.
5. Check the back of the crisper pan for screws or clasps that are holding it in place. Remove these screws or clasps, if necessary.
6. Lift up the old crisper pan and slide the new one into place. Secure the new pan with the screws or clasps you removed earlier.
7. Push the crisper drawer back into the refrigerator.
