6A94 Williams Furnace Direct Vent Furnace Blower Motor

1. First, turn off all power sources to the MOTOR DIRECT VENT FURNACE. Locate the main power switch and cut off its power supply.

2. Disconnect the flue pipe from the existing furnace to the chimney by disconnecting the two screws that connect the pipe to the furnace. Pull the pipe away from the furnace and set aside.

3. Remove the furnace from its housing. This can be done by unscrewing the four bolts that secure the furnace to the wall. Gently lift the furnace out of the housing and onto a workbench or flat surface.

4. Disconnect any wiring from the old furnace to the electrical unit. Make sure to take note of the connections in order to properly connect them with the new furnace.

5. Install the new furnace in the same way that you removed the old one. Start by connecting the flue pipe to the new furnace and then mount it to the housing by tightening the four bolts.

6. Reconnect the wires to the new furnace and make sure all connections are tight and secure.

7. Turn on the main power source and make sure the furnace is running properly.

8. Test the airflow by turning up the thermostat. The motor should automatically start.

9. If the furnace works properly, turn off the thermostat and enjoy a warm and comfortable home!
