Step 1: Prepare to Replace the Frigidaire 5304522918 Switch, Infinite, Radiant Dual
Safety glasses and insulated gloves should be worn for safety. Make sure to turn the circuit breaker off for the area of your stove before you begin.
Step 2: Remove the Existing Switch
Remove the screws holding the existing switch in place and pull the switch out from its compartment.
Step 3: Disconnect the Wires
Carefully disconnect the wires from the back of the existing switch. If any of the wires are slightly corroded, you can use a wire brush to clean them.
Step 4: Connect the New Wiring
Connect the new wiring to the back of the Frigidaire 5304522918 Switch, Infinite, Radiant Dual. Be sure to connect the wires correctly according to the small diagram on the back of the switch or the user manual.
Step 5: Place the Switch in Place
Replace the screws that hold the switch in place and make sure they are tight.
Step 6: Turn the Power Back On
