1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and move your Samsung Dryer to a convenient location.
2. Turn off the water supply line and remove the access panel on the back of the dryer using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
3. Locate the DC97-16782A Samsung Dryer Roller Wheel Support Assembly. It’s usually located near the drum.
4. Use needle-nose pliers to disconnect the power connectors connected to the assembly if they are present.
5. Remove the screws or bolts that are holding the assembly in place.
6. Slide out the old assembly, being careful not to damage any other parts.
7. Inspect the area around the assembly to make sure there is no buildup of lint or debris.
8. Install the new DC97-16782A Samsung Dryer Roller Wheel Support Assembly.
9. Secure it in place with the same screws or bolts you used to remove the old one.
10. Plug in the power connectors if they were disconnected earlier.
11. Replace the access panel on the back of the dryer and turn on the water supply line.
12. Plug the power cord back in and test the dryer to make sure it’s functioning correctly.
