Replacing the DC92-00322J Samsung Dryer Main PCB Assembly
Tools Needed:
• Screwdrivers
• Pliers
• Voltage Meter
Step 1: Unplug the dryer from the outlet. To prevent any electrical shocks, you should also turn off the circuit breakers that are connected to the dryer.
Step 2: Remove the cabinet panel of the dryer. This will usually require a screwdriver to loosen the screws that secure it in place.
Step 3: Carefully separate the top of the dryer away from the rest of the machine. If your dryer model has two pieces, lift off the top part first and then carefully tilt to remove the back panel.
Step 4: Once the main dryer housing is exposed, locate the control board assembly. It is typically located at the upper-right corner and may be held in place with screws.
Step 5: Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that hold the control board assembly in place. Then remove the entire unit.
Step 6: Carefully remove the DC92-00322J Samsung Dryer Main PCB Assembly from the control board assembly. This should also have screws that need to be removed.
Step 7: Insert the new DC92-00322J Samsung Dryer Main PCB Assembly into the control board assembly. Make sure it is firmly secured with the included screws.
Step 8: Reattach the control board assembly to the back of the dryer. Make sure all screws are tightened securely.
Step 9: Replace the top panel and cabinet panel of the dryer. Securely tighten the screws that hold these panels in place.
Step 10: Reconnect the dryer to the power source. You may need to re-set the circuit breakers or plug the dryer into the outlet again.
Step 11: Test the new DC92-00322J Samsung Dryer Main PCB Assembly by running the dryer to ensure everything is working correctly.
