DIY instructions on Replacing the Samsung DC61-02595A Dryer Lint Filter Case
1. Unplug your dryer from the wall socket. Move the dryer away from the wall to gain access to the lint filter case.
2. Take off the lint filter lid by unscrewing the two screws located at the top of the door using a Philips head screwdriver.
3. Lift the lid off, and turn the filter case upside down. Slide out the old filter case by pressing the two retaining clips and carefully pulling it out.
4. Place the new DC61-02595A filter in the filter case. Make sure that all the tabs line up correctly with the slots in the filter case.
5. Secure the filter case in place by pressing the two retaining clips.
6. Replace the lint filter lid, and secure it back in place with the two screws.
7. Plug the dryer back in, and push it back against the wall.
8. You have successfully replaced the Samsung DC61-02595A Dryer Lint Filter Case.
