Write Your Own Review
1. Turn off the power to the light switch at the circuit breaker.
2. Remove the wallplate from the switch by unscrewing the two screws.
3. Disconnect all wires from the old switch and ensure that they are labeled to reconnect them to the new switch easily.
4. Install the new switch in the wall-mounting box, and tighten the mounting screws.
5. Reconnect the wires to the terminals on the new switch following the instructions provided.
6. Test the new switch to make sure it works correctly.
7. Secure the wallplate with the two screws.
8. Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.
