The SxS Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve allows water to enter the refrigerator’s water dispenser and ice maker. The package includes a new water valve, instructions, ¼" tubi ...ng and a plastic union. Remove the cardboard back from the bottom of the refrigerator to access this part and remove the copper tubing. Place a towel down to catch any dripping water. The old valve has screw-on compression fittings, whereas the new valve has press and lock fittings.
