This Top Load Washer Agitator Washer is attached to the transmission shaft right below the agitator. If this small plastic part is lost or damaged, replacing this part may all ...eviate the issue. Once you remove the top of the agitator and loosen and remove the agitator bolt, remove the agitator from the washer.
