U.S Sales Taxes
Local Sales Tax for orders shipping to AZ,CA,HI,NV,UT,WA will be charged on the total amount shown when order is finalized.

Warranty Information
Reliable Parts offers a one year replacement parts warranty on all parts purchased - Subject to manufacturers warranty terms and conditions.
If a part becomes defective within one year from date of purchase under normal use conditions, please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements for the replacement part to be either picked up or sent to your home or office.
Please note: Water Filters have a 30 - 90 day warranty depending on the brand. Please contact a Reliable Parts representative for more information.
Shipping Information
All parts orders received by 3:30 PM local time will be shipped the same day via mail or courier, i.e. United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
There is a $9.50 US courier charge plus tax for all parts shipped with the exception of any large or heavy items.
Any extra charges will be explained at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
Products/Parts will be accepted for credit, subject to the following conditions:
- Parts have not been installed and are in resalable condition.
- Parts returned within the first 45 days from date of purchase will be credited at your purchase price.
- Parts returned 46-90 days from date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted on parts after 90 days from date of purchase.
- SPECIAL ORDER (Non-Stock) Parts will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances.
- Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Do not ship to us collect. If you do, that cost will be deducted from your credit.
- Accounts with average returns higher than industry standard may be subject to an additional restocking fee. This will be assessed on an individual basis.
