I needed light bulb part# 62351 for my Dacor hood. Reliable Parts shipped my order the same day as I ordered the part and I received it 2 days later. It is the original Dacor bulb, not like some other generic bulbs out there.

I am dropping you a line because you have an outstanding employee and I wanted to make sure you were aware of the great job she is doing.

I'll give you the story:

We (husband and I) are doing a home renovation. The designer we hired was dishonest so we had to let her go. I (Michelle) became a general contractor, designer, decorator over-night. I purchased a fridge that was supposed to hold a 3/4" raised panel. When it arrived it came with the wrong trim kit and my cabinet maker could not modify the raised panels to fit the door frame. I called the retailer's customer service. They could not help. They told me to call their sales rep.

She too could not help but gave your company phone #.

I had the great pleasure of Marci's help. She not only knew precisely what I was looking for, she scoped out the alternative trim kit immediately. She returned my call within minutes and had the part sent via courier from Calgary.

She was pleasant, efficient and was able to explain why it would have been difficult for others to have the proper information.

I have a background in Sales and Distribution. Marci is the kind of team player I would have liked to have on my team.

"We spent a good part of the morning at Reliable Parts on Atlantic Avenue in Toronto. We arrived with a problem related to an old barbeque for which we wanted some replacement parts. We cannot express how pleased we were with the service we received from Jeff Thompson, The Branch Supervisor. Not only did he take the time to track down the appropriate part (not an easy job due to the age of the barbeque and inaccurate or incomplete information on the computer directions), but he was patient and understanding about the additional hassle we created for him related to our delay in returning inappropriate parts we had purchased at an earlier date. As it turned out, we left without the requested parts but instead a lovely new barbeque. At no time did we feel any pressure to change our plan but felt that Jeff gave us all the information we needed to make our own decision. His competent, supportive and congenial style made the whole experience a positive one for us. We were glad to help out and take the barbeque off his hands!

So many are quick to complain - as we start a new year we wanted to take the time to let your company know of the positive customer service we received."
